We have had many questions about our Beach House...Where is it? Is it beach front? Do you rent it? Is the beach private? Why did you buy it? Why do you love the area it's located in? So, I thought I would try and answer all the questions here!
Our house is located in Pensacola Beach, Florida. We fell in love with the area when we traveled there for our daughter's cheer competition. We have always frequented the beaches of Florida but always stayed in the Destin/30A area. When we stayed in Pensacola Beach we fell in love with the area immediately! It was so relaxed and casual! The restaurants were on the beach or the water unlike most of Destin and 30A where the restaurants are off the water. The first time we visited we stayed in the same complex that we purchased our town home. We LOVED the area! The beach was so quiet and not crowded! All the beaches are public in Pensacola Beach, but where our complex is located it's far enough away from the main public beaches that it feels like a private beach! Pensacola Beach is so easy to fall in love with!
Now, the number one question I am always asked is do you rent it? We do!
